| Just Relax - Relaxing to Sleep CD is available in English at this time. For privacy and portability, play it on a high quality CD player with earphones (not earbuds), or download it to your iPod from CD Baby, Amazon.com or iTunes worldwide. Although a low cost pillow speaker is ideal for most music, you will find that the ultra low tones / sound therapy on our program will break up. Therefore, we recommend our high quality sterio speaker pillows only. The spoken word / voice only portion of our program is designed to put you into a trance-like state, or a half-conscious state between sleeping and waking. Just Relax… is sleep inducing. Do not play it while driving or operating equipment, or whenever it is necessary for you to pay attention to the task at hand. The Just Relax… music on track two is not really music at all since there is no melody. What you’re hearing is a series of slow vibrating low tones and higher bell notes / sound therapy designed to evoke a sense of peace and calm, leading to deep relaxation and sleep. These low tones are felt in the solar plexus or the emotional center of the body. This is a positive indication that the program is impacting your body-mind-spirit, harmonizing and balancing any discordant energy patterns that you may have. We recommend that you keep playing Just Relax… for a while until the feeling dissipates. If they persist, discontinue use and return it for a refund. Return to Just Relax...
