    Delivery confirmation / tracking
    We add USPS delivery confirmation to most of our larger packages. This does not apply to first class mail. Our Just Relax... CD ships as a first class letter, not a package. If the CD lost, we'll replace it. If we use FedEx, your order will automatically be insured for $100. We will send you the tracking number.

    Ordering a gift?
    If you're ordering a gift, the "ship to" address is different from yours, and you indicate that your order is a gift in our cart, we will automatically email you the USPS delivery confirmation or FedEx tracking number, so that you can access the delivery time and date. After receiving the number, please wait 3 to 5 days; then copy and paste the number into the "track & confirm" box of the USPS web site: click here

    Privacy policy
    Your name, address, phone, email, and/or any other personal information that you give us by way of an order, or that you provide us during a stress coaching session, will not be shared with or sold to anyone. It is held in strict confidence. Exception: If fraud is suspected; court order. See credit card info below.

    Contact the recipient
    If you are ordering a gift for someone else and the "ship to" address is different from yours, please contact the recipient immediately, advising him or her that a package is on its way. We have already had several instances whereby the recipient or addressee refused delivery because he or she didn't order the goods and wasn't expecting a gift. If a package is refused because it was a surprise, or returned because the street number, apartment or zip you provided us was incorrect, you will pay the redelivery charges.

    Shopping cart security
    Is ordering on our site safe? Yes, although you won't see a little yellow lock on the bottom right of the pages in our shopping cart. This is due to the construction of our site, which is in frames. Your items will go directly to our secure shopping cart: ASecureCart.net. For their privacy policy, click here. Your info will to go to First Data Corporation / Wells Fargo Bank, and the funds will be processed by CardService International, the second largest credit card processing company in the US.

    Credit card security
    We are required by law to scan our site quarterly for any problems that may occur online, in order to maintain our PCI compliance. The vendor's software that scans our site is SecurityMetrics.com. Every business that sells something online should do this to prevent fraud. We do not accept or store any credit card info, or process any credit cards on our site. And although it may appear that we do -- becuase the design of our cart closely matches our site -- we do not. Your card info is entered into a cart designed and maintained by ASecureCart.net, which maintains their own PCI certificate. For details click on the SecurityMetrics link above.

    What is frames?
    Enter our site from any page, other than our index / splash or home page, and our cart's address will be different from ours. The reason the cart appears to be part of our site, and there's no yellow lock on our web pages or the cart, is because our site was built in frames. If you entered our site at the front, all subsequent web pages will have the same extension: /body.htm. The site will appear to be under an umbrella. Enter our site from another page, and it will have its own extension. Questions? contact us

    Credit card info
    The description line on your credit card statement will read: GSPI/JUSTRELAX. If you aren't confident using our cart, or if you don't feel comfortable with this process, simply give us a call and we'll enter your payment directly into the passthrough software provided us by Linkpoint / First Data Corp / Wells Fargo Bank, bypassing our cart. We'll send you a copy of the final receipt via email, as well as a printed copy inside your package.

    American Express payments
    Our shopping cart accepts Visa, M/C and Discover only. To use AmEx, please use PayPal. When you get to page 2 of our cart, after you've filled in your name & address, and the recipient's name & address (if different from yours), you'll see payment methods in red at the bottom of the page, with a drop down box under it. Select PayPal from the drop down box (PayPal should appear in the window) and continue to process your order. If you haven't used PayPal before, register with them first. PayPal must be able to verify your account info before we ship; no exceptions. Options: Pay by cash, check, use another card.

    Shipping restrictions
    If you purchase one or more of our spa kits or bottle(s) of essential oil, and you're mailing it yourself, please advise the USPS (and any other shippers) that you're mailing liquids. You're allowed to mail a maximum of one ounce liquid per package, but it needs to be packaged (wrapped, boxed) properly. Aromatherapy is not consdired HazMat. Unlike perfume, essential oils do not contain alcohol. For info about mailing liquids, please contact us.

    Fraud protection
    Due to the high incidence of credit card fraud, our credit card processing company, CardService International / Wells Fargo Bank, has cautioned us not to accept credit card purchases from Indonesia and Nigeria.

    PayPal payments
    Register with PayPal to pay us by check, bank debit (cash) or American Express. If you are paying with Visa, Discover or MasterCard, we prefer that you use our credit card processing company, CardService International, as it is nearly impossible to reach PayPal by phone, and it takes days to get a response by email, should we have a question about your order. Please remit your payment to this email address: relax2sleep@aol.com. PayPal must be able to verify your account info, protecting us from fraud, before we can ship your order. If you have difficulty placing your order using PayPal, please contact us.

    Mail-in order / Snail Mail payments
    Add all of your products to our shopping cart. When you click on the "Check Out Now" button, select the Mail-In Check / Money Order payment method. Mail us a copy of the final receipt, along with a cashier's check or money order in US dollars, or a personal check drawn on a US bank. If you pay by check, either by snail mail or via the Internet, we will not ship your order until your check has cleared. 

    Phone orders
    Please call us toll-free at 888-499-0044 (Cont US, CAN) or 561-499-0044 during regular business hours, and we will take your credit card order over the phone. Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the call. Will be typing your info into our shopping cart for you as a courtesy. We have an e-business, which means that all payments are processed electronically online. If we are unavailable, and if you live in the Cont US, please leave us a message and we'll call you back the same or next day, except Sunday.

    Order processing time 
    We will process and ship your order within 24 hrs of receiving payment. Allow 48 hrs for special orders.

    Free shipping
    Small packages such as 1 CD and 1 or 2 bottles of aromatherapy -- where the package weighs 13 ounces or less -- ship first class USPS airmail. Larger packages ship USPS parcel post / ground, USPS priority mail / 2 to 3 day air, or FedEx ground (to the western states.) We'll tell you the shipper and shipping method we used in a separate email, along with the tracking number (FedEx) or Delivery Confirmation number (USPS). If you require faster delivery than what we provide free of charge, see shipping options below. Insurance: With FedEx, $100 of insurance is included; USPS: $2.50 extra.

    Shipping options / Express mail
    The availabilty of express mail / guaranteed next day delivery depends upon the time of day we receive your order and our daily workload. Same day express mail packages need to be ready to bring to the  USPS or FedEx by 2 PM at the latest. You will pay the difference between free shipping and express. Please do not process your rush order thourgh our cart. Call us for availability and a shippping quote first.

    Shipping options / International mail
    We offer free international shipping on small items purchased at retail, such as 1 CD and up to 2 bottles of aromatherapy -- but not on promotional items. We ship our home spa kits free within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO (US military bases) and US protectorates -- and first class airmail (not priority mail) throughout Canada. To ship one spa kit to Europe, you'll pay about $27 for USPS airmail and approximately $37 for USPS priority mail. We also have an account with Federal Express. We will provide with a quote for both USPS and FedEx and let you decide. With FedEx you save 16% off their regular rates through our affiliation with Amazon.com, and your package will automatically be insured for $100 at no additional cost to you.
