She received her formal training at Educating Hands in Miami, FL, and has worked at some of the most prestigious spas and resorts in the country, inluding LaCosta Spa, Carlsbad, CA; The Palm Aire Spa, Pompano, FL; and the Polo Club, Boca Raton, FL. As a student and practitioner of nutrition and natural healing for more than 25 years -- she owned and operationed a vitamin / nutrition store -- Rachel brings her experience and knowledge to her clients, adding another dimension of of understanding and healing. In 1997 Rachel began using aromatherapy / essential oils in her practice, to bring about positive physical and emotional changes.
